999ji Casino Terms & Conditions — Complete Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Player" or "User") and 999ji Casino (hereinafter referred to as "999ji", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at https://999ji.cam.

By accessing the 999ji platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or participating in any game or wager offered through the platform, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the 999ji Casino platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• A valid and personally owned email address;
• A Philippine mobile number registered in your legal name;
• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine identification document; and
• Your date of birth.

You are required to maintain the accuracy of your registered information and to notify 999ji promptly of any changes. 999ji shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999ji account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including the use of a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.

You must notify 999ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. 999ji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to take reasonable security precautions.

• Do not share your 999ji login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Do not log in to your 999ji account from shared or public devices without logging out at the end of each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account protection.
• 999ji staff will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel.

All financial transactions on the 999ji Casino platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). 999ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following PAGCOR-compliant payment channels:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 999ji account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by the platform's payment processor. 999ji does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits or fees.

• Winnings are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon the conclusion of a game round, subject to system processing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ji Casino platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Exploiting a software vulnerability, error, or glitch to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity prohibited under Philippine law; and
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to 999ji without first exhausting the platform's dispute resolution process.

All content on the 999ji Casino platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and presentation of the platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of 999ji Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999ji platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; or
• Use any content from the 999ji platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 999ji Casino is governed by the 999ji Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

999ji processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable regulatory retention obligations. Requests relating to personal data may be directed to our Data Privacy Officer via the contact details in Section 15.

999ji Casino is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and require a 24-hour cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Timers: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account cannot be re-activated before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all future marketing communications from 999ji. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 6 months.

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond 999ji's reasonable control;

• Any actions taken by 999ji in enforcing these Terms, including account suspension or closure for breach.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 999ji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 999ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999ji Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, 999ji will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email to the address registered on the account and/or by prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 999ji Casino platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999ji Casino platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 999ji's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact 999ji Customer Support with full details of your complaint. 999ji will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR under its applicable player complaint procedures. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any disputes that cannot be resolved through administrative processes.
